Worthless system

I bought a m-series notebook in august 07. It is OS obviously windows vista, since puchasing the machine I've had only complications looking to get the machine to see dvdis or obtain program improvements that allegedly are to " assist " but appear simply to further the issues along.

I've tried the internet " specialized aid" wich is of no help whatsoever
