Simon Humphries Deceptive company, who's false promises and mis-representation, almost put my business into chapter 11 and severly tarnished investor relationships, United Kindom Global

A 3rd party meaning no harm introduced me to Activ8, who were asking for representation in the USA and help raising funds.

I flew to the UK to meet with the A8 team, and see their technology; it was amazing! The only problem it wasn't theirs!

My partner and I spent 300 hour writing an Executive Summary for investor presentation, along with contacting some of our closest Private Equity investors in regards of raising over $2 million to be used for global marketing, Sales team, and helping A8 build a global projection 3D Holographic Entertainment company.

After hours and months of developing the structure, I returned to the UK from NYC to present plan and get legal documentation stating the remuneration for our efforts, and a promise of exclusivity in the US market.

At this point I had personally spent over $20,000 in travel, legal etc. To this day no money has been offered for restitution; not even for the airfare and travel in the UK.

After receiving a LOI from Mr. Humphries regarding fund-raising, and equity and expenses for raising the seed money, I put a team of investors together who were ready to move ahead.

The company at this time (unknown to ourselves) landed a job and decided they no longer wanted our money or help, leaving me heavily debted and very embarrassed as I had spent countless hours, given numerous presentations, and seemingly wasted the time of highly important individuals.

Living in the US, and having flown to the UK twice already I could not afford to
go after any damages or legal recourse.

If anyone is interested in helping from the UK in this matter, I am a British Subject, and would love to talk about legal possibilities.

I now know alot more about the company and how dirty they truly are including:
-patent infringement
-Misrepresentation of company formation
-Theft from previous employer.

If you are thinking of using this technology for a launch/conference/theme park etc. Stay far away from these Charlatans!
