I sent my phone to them about 4mos ago and i still have not received a check

I sent my phone thinking i could get a little of extra cash about 4mos ago when about 6weeks went by when i was supposed to receive my check i emailed them they did respond stateing that my check is the next to be sent out that was about month ago and now i still have not received the check.
