I created an effort at buying Microsoft Factors, equally through the system, and also the web. Both techniques created an average MICROSOFT problem: invalid. Originally I approached Xbox reps to enter the info in personally on the aspect, again card-not legitimate.

Attempting To reach the underside of the, I approached the financial institution for my charge card. Their consultant confirmed THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CARD - IT IS LEGITIMATE... It gets better.

Out of this stage, I named XBOX on 3 way while my consultant was about the telephone, confirmed through my lender, but xbox nevertheless stated there's something amiss using the card; btw, IT IS THE SAME CARD THAT WILL BE ON FILE AND THAT I USED-TO RENEW OUR YEARLY ACCOUNT!

The XBOX Repetition advised me there is nothing to complete but try another card! Why? It is the same VALIDIFIED card they've on document.
