First of all afforadable portables was in two major lawsuits by employees and they lost both of them. For failure to abide by osha rules. The rpesident gor fired and the owner hired a bunch of new execs to run the place. Well they are running it into the ground. Everybody that used to work their got fired or quit. We are talking 10 year employees!!! The stole from their employees and asked ridiculous things. We used to be on the draw system wich means if we break commission or a 5k gross profit margin for our two weeks we get atleast 1000 dollars, and management used to get a little bit more, lets just say as an assistant manager i made 27k in 6 months. Rigth after the new president came into play he changed all management to salary a salary of 33k a year, only 33k!!! And i made 27 in 6 months! What a slap to the face not just that! They got stores that had only 3 employees and crammed 6 into that location... They made it impossible for you to break commission. But yet the expect you to work 10-12 hours a day, assuming you are making money if your not just go home. Beware of this company!!! The regional managers dont even know cell phones! They cant even sell themselves! I called out all of the regionals and asked them to perform better than me at my location and they didnt have the balls to prove themselves... If you apply somewhere dont do it here... They want to suck the life outta you and leave you to die...

Well now 3g wireless, i had to be there for no longer than a month, the owner sia, is a cool guy except he has no idea what he is doing, and not just that, he stiffs his employees... Normally for a dsl and uverse or dish network sale, you are supposed to get 125 dollars... Sia will only pay you 20 and say that is more than what he gets... Then he will try to hold your first weeks pay in order to have a security deposit for if you quit. He pays 8 dollars an activation on an adda line of 15 on a primary, but he doesnt pay you for phones sold outright, and he also takes away 60% off all the feautres you add on, for example if somebody gets a blackberry plan you get 30 dollars well he takes 20 and you get 10.. Wtf???

Oh yeah plus he sells used phones and refurbs, and phones that belong to no company... Plus he sells accesories as branded by the company but trust me they are not... So beware... The guys cool but his business is not..
