I ordered an Olympus camera and the vendor required a confirmation phone call. After waiting on hold for 14 minutes to confirm the order, I was informed that the camera does not come with a battery, even though the manufacturer includes it. The arrogant clerk "explained" they break open the manufacturers bundle and then sell the normally included items at an additional cost. Stay away!!!
