Charges on cell phone / scam

Just had fresh mobile phone a few months. Got charged a 9.99 charge twice from predicto and downloadable images that was extra costs - 1 picture was $14. And we called and international woman bad language stated quantity was never triggered. Why 2 monthy costs to some location we never heard about. The following month we get charged 3-9.99 costs and image packages amounting to nearly $80.in costs we never gave authorization, never heard about this location, never visited an internet site, never got text. We'd each one of these additional costs to the cell bill. I acquired on pc because we got nowhere with international woman and delivered a contact to customer support that was to react back again to me in 12-48 hours. Never seen from their website. Obviously, we're unhappy with whoever does this. Who gave authorization? Where did they get our fresh cell phone number?
