Item/Services: Maytag Dryer

I bought a Maytag dryer in March. Since that time the drum has come apart. Maytag changed the drum in January. Since that time it's been using my clothing. I named Harold's Equipment in Lacey, Washington. They never stated we-don't' do guarantee focus on Maytagis simply because they do not pay us. They arrived and looked over the dryer after which informed my child, "We do not do Maytag guarantee work anymore simply because they do not pay us". Harold's Equipment subsequently billed my child $90.00 for that journey out. Harold's Equipment explained I'd need to contact A & E to obtain it fixed (the drum is taking apart again).

I called A & E (Maytag) plus they stated they wont do something about this because they currently fixed it once. I stated, "The fix was not done right or I'dnot be needing to contact you again". Maytag said they wont do something about this so below I'm having a bit of garbage dryer, a $90.00 support phone (again) along with a business that'll not stay behind their item.

I'll never purchase another Maytag item and certainly will consider every chance to allow others understand of the poor work and guarantees.
