Drops Calls, techs are rude and not knowledgable of product, blame everything else but magicjack

I purchased magicjack in june, thinking it would be a great money saver but to my dismay, it has only caused me to have more stress in my life. It drops call after call during conversations and on hold, whether I place someone on hold or they place me on hold. It doesn't matter. I have started it up and it tells me it must be connected to usb, and it is. I unplug it for an hour and when I plug it back in I receive the same dialog. Then, if I get lucky, it might come up, after restarting my comp numerous times, only to drop the very next call again. There so called techs read from a book and don't keep notes so everytime you call them, you are instructed to do the same things over and over again, with no success. If you tell them this, they act like you don't know what you are talking about and expect you to go through all the stuff again, only to have it still not work. I tried all the stuff numerous times (magic fix, upgrade, resetting my comp to allow background activity to have more power, deleting mjusb file,) only to have all this still not change anything.

It is a piece of junk and don't be foolish enough to purchase. You will be just wasting your money. And if they tell you to buy a powered usb hub, it won't matter. It still will drop calls. I have a new state of the art comp so I know it's not the comp. They said they would send a replacement but I had to pay for return shipping. This is how they do business. Don't make a mistake. Keep your current phone. This product is junk. Sounds like Microsoft, doesn't it?
