Scam, ripped me off, $200 down the drian

I was driving down federal highway in boca raton, fl. And this guy come up besides me and says "hey dude, i have some really nice speakers in the back of my truck wanna see" i said "sure" we pulled over. And he was like "im doing a delivery and they put too much stuff in the truck so i just sell it whenever that happens". I wasn't even thinking. No logo. No company vechile. I was just excited. I was like hell yeah i'll do this. Make $2k profit. Why not. So I paid him $200.. And got back to house. It doesn't even turn on. At the very last second i thought maybe i should get his licease plate number. But i couldnt catch it before he left.
