I ordered smokeless ashtrays from this business. There have been previous shipping issues. Business admits glich in shipping screen on website from previous order. Beware!!! On July 4th, I put in order through paypal and never received order because of extra custom charges not indicated on website or verified by business. Paypal will not help. Business will not refund my money or reship order. Business offers no indication to customers, internationally, of border customs charge over and above prepaid shipping. Customs charge same price as prepaid shipping. UPS states business shipping incorrectly to give more cost to the customer. This is a hidden cost. Business would not receive returned order as I wouldnt pay custom costs, but instead gave the right away to UPS to abandon (destroy) order without notifying myself, the receiver. I have been tracking order to date and found this out later from UPS. Business states since they dont have returned item cannot refund moneys paid back. I dont have the money refunded or the product and business has cut me off with respect to negotiations. They state on their website "your satisfaction is our highest priority". I believe it is quite the opposite.
