Ordered Magic Jack back in March this year never got any confirmation number from operator saw infomercial on SSC shopping network called after 20 minutes using the computer based ordering service and the company trying to sell me more and more stuff the company said order will be shipped 4 days to 3 weeks it is now august still have not seen can't get anyone because both the phone and internet service say live help but spools are run so you never get to actually talk to someone never got ups tracking number from them when placed original order can not track anything with out needed info tried to email company no where to send complaint to. Can't get monies back from bank company already taken with in 24 hrs Where to go from here NO WHERE no customer service at all WHERE IS MY MAGIC JACK??
