Called them to repair refridge 5 yrs 5 months old elite 25 ft kenmore, they sent repairman -he replaced motherboard refridge still registerd 50, came again sprayed damper refrige went to 20 degrees and freezer to 20 below froze ice machine 3 more vists couldnt fix sent a consulant then said he didnt know what was wrong but it would take 450 to fix. They called thier 300 rule after telling me they would replace in kind since it was fairly new. Customer service is rude and nasty called me a liar till their consultant said I was telling the truth this has taken 3 weeks and I will now cancell with them. They offered 300 on a 1900 refridge. They will not send any more repairmen because its to expensive to fix. I am a president of an 825 homeowner ass. And I will make sure everyone knows how decietful they are. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE DISREPUTAL.
