They wont return your calls or e-mails

I ordered a d80 it was only $349.00 then I recieved a e-mail saying that I must confirm my order. I called and they tried to sell me a warranty and batteries I said no thank-you I already have those things. Then he said " if you cant afford the batteries you cant afford a D80" 15 days later I still have not recieved a confirmation or a tracking # for my order. I have e-mailed 5 times. I have called and I get put on hold and hung up on or transferred to a fax. I called to cancel my order today. I also sent an e-mail canceling my order.
