Cracks in line

(12/06) We purchased a Kenmore Alongside Fridge 106 56936600 and found breaks within the lining (5/08).

We named Sears, we were informed we'd to truly have a fix guy come take a look. He came & stated the one thing the manufacturer-recommended was an epoxy to protect the breaks which have previously began to blemish the lining.

We did attempt to use Leslie Daley from Sears Corp.

We'd the technician emerge using the component (an epoxy plastic cell) that will have lined the breaks however it appeared as terrible within the fix guide because it did once the technician kept it up. It wasn't a flush match. Actually the technician stated the lining was faulty.

We didn't possess the epoxy panel placed on since my child has breathing problems and there's no method to guarantee FORM from NOT developing underneath the cell/within the breaks. Epoxy isn't a repair it is just a bandage.

Leslie Daley at Sears stated that is all that they're likely to do. They're completed.
