Rebate Scam

As with another individual my rebate has been denied by MSI for lack of invoice. I provided all information from the selling vendor Chief Value along with original UPC code. Purchased a 8600 GTS video card w/$40 rebate and was just recently denied. Sounds like there rebate information request are not designed for online purchases. No resubmital is allowed and no contact phone number is provided. Process was difficult to get the info to them then to be denied after all the effort is rediculous.
