I ordered a Garmin 305 GPS Unit in February and (to date) have not received item

In February I ordered (via the internet) a wrist mounted Garmin 305 GPS unit. Prompt payment was provided, I even received a USPS tracking number which turned out to be bogus. I tried to track the item using the number but USPS had no record of the item actually shipping.

I tried unsuccessfully on several accasions to call, email and write to Action GPS to either get a refund or actually have the item shipped but as of July 15 have been unsuccessful in that attempt.

Completely unprofessional and borderline criminal.
