Recieved a disney mobile phone in the mail, did not oreder did not activate sent back charged for etxt messages while in mail $95.00 they are still tring to collect the money that i dont owe. They are a big rip off

I recieved a disney phone in the mail i did not order, sent back not activated, charged 95 dollars for the text messages sent to the phone while in the mail, disney is still billing me for the phone several phone calls have been made to the company they keep saying they will take care of this well now its on my crerdit record for owing a bill i did not order or activate i have sent to the better business bureau and attorney general, how can they get away with this
