Rebate ripoff - slow processing

Purchased items with mail in rebates. Never received rebates as promised within time frame. Had to write several letters and made numerios phone calls. Threatned lawsuit and was finally paid. Made another purchase with rebate, now having same problem, will have to threaten or lawsuit again. I will no longer make purchases through Fry's with mail in rebates.
