Raven Media Same experience as others unaware of the $39.99 charge

I also found the 39.99 charge that I was unaware of. First the CD does not have anything in my state to meet my needs in obtaining a grant. When I called to explain that "SNEAKER" the customer rep asked me "DID YOU USE THE CD?" After I had already told him that there was nothing on the CD I could us. They do not understand English. Even the second person I spoke to "CASE" Same response when I told them the CD does not have anything for PA Requested a manager "MR. CHARLES" I wanted to see on the web site for my self the disclosure. First when I tried to proceed in the web site. I was instructed by him to just put in false info. Then I realized this was not the web site I used. I went back in my history and it was totally different one. Yeah I received the cancellation number for 39.99 but what about the CD that does not provide me with any grant information. I will cancel my current bank debt card and also the banking commission. Buyer beware. And I wonder if the government like PHEAA know that they have them listed and charge consumers for information on them. BUYER BE WARE And that Ryan I called twice and left a message once. He's as useful as the customer service.

Stealing from people is a sin. Hard working tax paying citizens trying to get ahead legally get scammed. GOD will take care of them. I am a true believer just sit back and enjoy the ride eventually those who treat you bad or cross you will get back what they give. I just hope their actions don't affect their innocent family.
