Did not deliver goods I ordered at the beginning of May

Beware of this company! I ordered a Swivel Sweeper at the beginning of May and still have not received it. I tried phoning this company, but this has not helped as there is no one there to answer it! And emailing is a waste of time too, as they do not reply to them. The company owes me for this sweeper, but does not like refunding. And Google are involved in this company somewhere along the line, as I got the website and order from Google.com This company should not be allowed to get away with accepting orders they cannot deliver. I want my money back. Now!
