This pretend Superstore, never sends the merchandise, only delays and excuses, & gives no response for refund request

Air Purifier Superstore appears to be an impressive site listing many well - known brand names among their products, which lends legitimacy to their site, but they just take your money, never send mdise. Then run.

However, when I ordered a product, which was immediately charged to my credit card, they came up with lame excuses for over two months, why it was not yet shipped. When I requested a refund, there was no response. Now, their 800 telephone number receives voice mails sometimes, but their local business telephone in Nevada is now a non-working number.

This company claimed to have a brand new product, the best air purifier, the Ionic Zone IZ-PCO first selling at $199 then the price went up after. They claimed it had the newest technology. Their excuses included, a break - in in their warehouse, the paint they used didn't meet their high standards, they switched their design, the new design needed a new part, the updated version needed an electrician's approval, they had to purchase different packing materials, the manufacturing was to be done in L.A., then Nevada... I hope this report of my loss will at least save others
