I ordered a phone from hellohelio.net and then when I received the handset I noticed that it smelled like smoke. When I asked them if it was used and they said that it was new. Well I called up Helio and they said that they are not even an authorized Helio dealer and that the phone comes back as registered at a company in texas called Wireless Business Solutions.

Well they had advertised that they do not charge cancellation fees well when I tried to cancel within my 30 day total happiness guarantee they asked me to pay $175 additional fees and only when I worked with Helio they made them take back my device.

Long story made short don't shop with hellohelio.net they are just a reseller for Wireless Business Solutions with no control over their own sales.
