Sears, Middletown, NJ internet SearsOneSource intervened when faulty dishwasher required repairs costing over $500. OneSource recognized issue and guaranteed to return $179.76 (towards work and components) but didn't credit my Amex consideration. I had been compelled to possess Amex challenge the cost.
I'll NEVER look for devices or every other big-ticket product again at Sears. The way in which America stores? I really donot feel so.
