I did not receive my purchase after 8 months and they are rude and do not want to refund my money

I purchased two phones from the site and I have not received them up to this day, 8 months later. I was billed for them and still have not recieved them. When I email them they give me a number to call and when I call the number no one answers.

Today I called and a man with a Spanish accent answered the phone and he is going to tell me he can't do anything because it's past 6 months and he doesn't about any phone call or emails from me. He said he has other things to do right now and can't be bothered to talk to me.

When I told him I was going to call my lawyer he said I should do that and said goodbye.
