A&E was planned to correct my Whirlpool fridge on Sunday, May third between 8-4pm. I named at 3p to verify the specialist would nevertheless appear and was guaranteed he'd. I call-back at4:15p and was guaranteed support again. I called back at 6p, really worried, and was guaranteed I had been his next end and he'd certainly appear. At 8:20 I named again and was informed the technology arrived at 8:15p and that I was not house, which was a rest. The client representative explained he must have named me and quit an email on my doorway (none which was completed). The client representative didn't apologize and just agreed to reschedule me.

I've called Whirlpool and also have chosen another approved supplier.
