Membership non refund monopoly ripoff Redmond

First of all I bought a x box 360 console for ($550dollars) which comes with a one year warrantee. The Console did not last more than 4 months of gameplay. On top of that I had a membership with X box live online multiplayer server. The Console will be returned and fixed but the x box live membership will not be refunded. I called X box customer service and was threatened that my x box live membership and repair would be cancelled shut down if refund was issued to me for the x box live membership. I understand The economy or sales is bad but this is not the way to boost it by taking whats due to me. Im considering buying a xxxx xxx xxx in place of this garbage.
