Sold producti did not ship fake store fake number stop contact

After i found this website and i found a product i liked to buy but they did not have payment method so i emailed them regarding how to complete a transaction this is when they said that the product had to be payed through money gram so i asked for some proof of the store legitibility and they sent me this:
"We are Legitimate and we run a legitimate business. You can verify our company details and informations on www.dnb.com/us to see that we are register company in USA and cant make away with your money because the American police will get us and besides they have details of our Company."

I fell for the trick i guess i really wanted to believe that the product was true... So i payed the money... Gave the refrence number... Got told that the shipment order was not signed by their boss because it had to be of a bigger quantity... Guess they wanted more money i asked them to return the money or send the one phone never heard from them again... Out $400
