Charged double to my account and would not give back my money China

I tried buying a Hi phone from chinagrabber it as only released in china I was checking out and it was stated that there were two items in my account. So I fixed that. Then I tried checking out but it kept saying error but they also had a google check out but then I found out when it went through I was charged double. I had to contact my bank and have the refunded back to me that they charged twice then my order was cancelled by them google has refunded my money back then my boyfriend tried to see if I did something wrong and the same thing happen but they didn't cancel the order and they did not give me my money back I had to contact my bank to see if they could do something they gave me my money back. I had to get a new card because china grabber tried to access my account.
