I'm really annoyed by the way in which GE Electrical work plan/price works. Our GE stove wasn't functioning. I named the amount which was provided and was informed that the serviceman could be out in two times. I had been informed the support phone/diagnostic check might charge $74.99. After I questioned about work price, I had been informed that work relied at work. Okay, looks great. Our screen was from 1-5 pm. The serviceman reached 6:45 pm. Nearly two hours late & might have cared less. He proceeded to inform me the door joint must be changed nevertheless unsure if which was truly the issue - After only 10 units from begin to complete, my work price was $90.00. Our statement was OVER $190.00 such as the support phone and $17.00 component. It simply did not appear right, but I'd no option within the issue. They currently had me spending $74.99 to identify the issue and that I require my stove to function. They might have billed any price for work and because of the proven fact that the stove must be set, I'd have settled it. It simply does not look right. They ought to cost from the function and period. Altering a door hinge doesn't warrant $90.00 in anybody's guide.
