Lied on refund of product

I bought a coolstat 6000 from this company and was not satified with it. I called the company and they said to return the product and would be refunded my money.

Not being smart did not keep phone no. But did the address. Well guess what no refund and no way to recontact them no response by mail. And couldn't find the web site again
