Electrotoysdepot web company scam, why havent they been stopped! Bogus electronic sales! Internet

I ordered a ps3 from this so called company march 2. I have tryed to contact them by email and phone and had no luck what so ever. They as of right now have taken no money, and i will contacting my bank to insure that they do not. Everytime you try and contact them the email address is no good or their answering system says call during business hours. Now their web page is underconstruction. They must never work because you could call every hour of the day and still get the same message, and my order still says "in process". When you look up the site its says under construction by EVOLUTION4.com, and you cant contact these people either. I have noticed i am not the only person given the runaround by this b.S. Company. So what i want to know is why havent they been stoped, our money is going somewhere so find out where!
