Stole $600 of me. (Phone Scam) U. S Nigeria

I recently started dropshipping and i sold a Nokia N95 to a customer on ebay, so i went and purchased the phone off a cheap company that i had found over the internet i paid $400usd to the company threw paypal which took a week for them to recieve, then they told me i had to pay tax so i went ahead and paid $150usd for tax threw western union because they needed the money to ship my item asap or so i was told.

My package had been sent off until they emailed me and said that their was a mispackage with my item and trying to make me pay for the other item's when the mispackage was their fault i refused, and asked for a refund or for my item to be re-sent. They would not give me a full refund so i had to wait 1 week for my item to get sent back and re-shipped, they said that they had sent my item out and my customer would recieve it on monday which was 3Days later.

My customer emailed me on monday saying that they had not recieved their item so i emailed the so called company and he said my item was not going to be released until i pay tax again because of the mispackage and that they had paid for the reshipment so i had to pay for the tax again, so i refused and asked for my money back they said NO and they will not send my item out.

Now i'am trying to get my customer's money back and Olayinka Johnson the so called boss is emailing me telling me that he told me that his employee (John Mike) was stealing money off customers before i brought the phone, which he did not and what kind of boss would let their employee's steal money.
