Ripped Off By KlH Worcester Massachusetts

I recently bought a KLH 2500 Home Theater System. It is supposed to offer Surround sound but the only time I can use the surround sound is when I am watching a DVD. There is no way to hook up my TV so that the sound comes through the system. Actually maybe there is but I do not know how to do it because there was no set up manual with the system.

Also, the parental controls on the unit have been set and there is no way to change them. I can only watch DVD's that are rated PG or less. I have researched this issue a little bit and I have discovered that there are other people out there that have the manual and the factory preset doesn't even work.

Every time I try to contact the company their website says that it is under construction and to contact Bill@KLHaudio.com. I have sent numerous e-mails and I have never recieved a response. I do not even have a phone number or address.

I am hoping that filing this report may help others not to make the same mistake I did by purchasing a KLH system. I have never run across a company that could care so little about their customers or their reputation.
