Ongoing billing problems since I got my phone and terrible customer service Seattle

In July I purchased a Sprint PCS phone and (this frightens me) a two year service plan. I was told at the time of purchase that the activation fee would be waived and it was not. After months of having my phone cut off since I refused to pay the activation fee amount and several trips into the store, I was finally able to get the Fazle Ramzan, Retail Mgr. To give me a credit for the amount while I stiid there. He said he would go into my account later and also remove the late fee all of this had incurred. Much like he did when I first approached him about these fees, he has not given me the credit.

See, he told me on my 3rd trip into the downtown store (hard to get to/hard to park) that he'd take care of the activation fere and did not. When I went in a 4th time, he said he had written my number down wrong and was therefore unable to do make the changes he promised. I wonder what his excuse will be this time? I have sent an email to ask that he rectify the ongoing problems (my name also appears wrong and has since day one) and I will hopefully get some response this time.

The reason I am taking the time to write all of this is to share as I reflect on the horrible treatment I have received from this company. My boyfriend has been facing the very same sort of "run-around" and terrible customer service from Sprint. The report I just read here about the same organization let me know that so many other people are facing similiar situations and it is truly unacceptable.

In an economic time when good business skills are so crucial Sprint PCS is really falling down on the job.
