My story is the same as the one posted we ordered a TV for our car, got it and it would not work. It took four months for them to answer the phone they said to send it back, I did and it has been 8 months and no reply. I have contacted the better business bur. Elect. Division and Internet Fraud. The owners name is Peter Mamakos from Newport Beach, CA There are 20 complaints against him with the BBB. I can tell you this, he just ran into the wrong person beacuse I am not letting this go! I want my money back or a TV that works and I am not stopping until I get it.!!!
