Phones2own - dishonest - arrogant swindlers!

I have bought many, many items as a consumer on eBay over the years. I have never come across a company as ARROGANT and UNWILLING to satsify the customer as Phones2Own. They wrote the book on LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

1) The phone took over a week to ship, despite the company's claim of 2-3 days.

2) The description stated "Great Condition" yet the phone that I received had A LOT OF WEAR AND TEAR!

3) The phone arrived with the WRONG, INCOMPATIBLE chargers. I was GIVEN THE RUNAROUND when I tried to rectify.

Because of the three things mentioned above, I provided negative feedback, which I my right to do, particularly in a situation like this.instead of taking it on the chin and rectifying the problem, the company RETALIATED and gave me negative feedback. Apparently, they didn't like the fact that I PAID FOR THE ITEM RIGHT AWAY or that this CUSTOMER WAS ACTUALLY DISSATSIFIED WITH THE VENDOR. As of this posting, THEY STILL HAVE REFUSED TO send me the proper items that I purchased. They offered me a refund, but the cost of shipping was more than the cost of the item and they EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!

Standard business practice is that if the vendor messes up an order, the vendor picks up the shipping cost, and if the customer simply wants to return an item, then the customer pays for the shipping. Not with Phone2Own. Again, they're trying to cut corners, and nickel & dime the customer by expecting the customer to pay for their mistake!
