Is a scam it publishes trumped up customer opinions and muffles complaints

On november 4 i have placed an order for motorola q9 cellular phone. The company requested credit card authorization which i provided. Within 14 days the company has played an e-mail tag informing me that the item is out of stock and will be shipped shortly. I spoke with ms. Durani and explaned that i need the phone for a particular date and after that date, should the company not be able to get the item, my order is to be cancelled.in writing ms. Durani confirmed that she understands what i say. However, the company has never fulfilled the order, it has never returned the money and it has never acknowledged it has stolen my money. I have gone to the credit card company in order to get my money back, but even then the cellular blowout is so blunt as to send me unsolicited emails that i should not block my credit card payment. No personal service, extremely unprofessional, aggressive and unpolite customer agent (ms. Durani), no human voice or face behind the webpage, no way to complain directly to the management. The company, when you call and they put you on hold, is playing endlessly reports from satisfied customers, but it does not receive complaints and is structurally unable to reform and accommodate the fact that unprofessional employees (ms. Durani) are ripping off customers. Mr david bleeden, the ceo is personally responsible for lack of oversight. Stay away from this business and do not buy from them.
