Terrible scam!

I requested an upgraded remote-control for my childis Panasonic television. The communications by www.remotecontrolsinc.com is terrible. After months of not getting the distant, I sent them repeatedly as well as finished the internet 'contact us' type. Should you contact, they never, never reply.
