Terrible customer service!

Electronics and household app.

I recently purchased LCD projector charging over $1500. After just a few weeks it started to turn off following a couple of minutes of operating. Named the 800-number provided using the item to ask about the matter also it required at least half an hour and many exchanges to obtain the correct division to actually examine the issue. The technological assistance division instantly pressed the problem down towards the support restoration organization (JUST ONE approved service in america) who advised me they might repair the problem (defective eye element) but I'd need to spend to possess it delivered set for repairs. After spending $25 to deliver them and waiting 10 times to obtain it back, the projector turn off after about 10 moments of operating (this time around, the cooling fan stopped turning).

I called the amount supplied about the return packaging ease and got an automatic owner which kept asking me which item I needed to purchase. From the period I eventually got a live individual, he did not realize Language and delivered me back again to the automatic program. The 3rd period I named I ultimately got to a different live agent who delivered me towards the Stove department. Never mind that I'd informed him we'd an issue with this PROJECTOR.

To each owner and also to the automatic program, I'd to provide my title and Design quantity of the merchandise and that I was still shuffled around before Stove specialized support offered me a brand new quantity to phone, that was for Projector assistance. Obviously, the projector service individual instantly stated "Sorry, I can not allow you to, it is a support problem, plus they are currently shut nowadays, so-call back tomorrow or another business-day" (Does Not he realize that Thursday comes before Thursday and Friday. Who do they utilize anyhow?).

If it'dnot taken mean hour of calling into the primary Panasonic Client non-service division and obtaining the run around, I would have now been fortunate enough to keep in touch with the company before they shut. Today I reach contact the primary quantity back tomorrow of course if I'm fortunate reach the support division to allow them to inform me to deliver it back at my cost to allow them to preserve me from viewing Television for that next 10 -2 weeks.

I'll NEVER purchase another Panasonic item and that I don't suggest any to buddies, acquaintances, and sometimes even my opponents. I'm sure not almost all their items are this poor, but when there's an issue of any sort you CAn't get help with it.
