DSN Sunshine Electronics Overcharge ripped off wrong address added charge New York City New York

I had just decided on my wife's xmas present. I chose to order from Digital Shopping Network via Ebay. Everything seemed to go fine through the checkout, but I knew that I wanted to send the camera to my dad in NC instead of to me in NY so that he could help in the hiding of my main present for my wife.

I spoke with Joe at DSN and he said that I'd have to upgrade the shipping to get it before xmas which I was fine with and he also said that if I wanted it to go to NC, I'd have to contact my credit card company to add a temporary shipping address since their company policy is to only ship to an address linked to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. I complied... It was a little more involved than I hoped for, but the end result seemed great.

A couple days later, I went to check the tracking of my package and I saw that DSN somehow messed up and shipped the package to my NY address anyway. I also noticed while checking out my credit card statement online that someone from DSN went in and added the charge for tax since it was now shipping within NY state - this was 2 days after my order was paid for... They had no authorization to charge my card.

I spoke with a handful of customer service people at DSN and all of them referred me back to Joe - the guy that originally helped me pay for my order and process it. Once I finally got in touch with Joe, he said he didn't remember my order, but after I pled my case, he agreed that the overcharge of $72.20 would be credited back to my card. I waited a couple weeks and nothing was ever credited back.

I've tried to continue to give them a chance to make it right, but am sick of getting tossed around by customer service reps who obviously don't care about customer service.
