Smart Buys, Fosi Chung Scam, Plasmas, Lap Tops. Wired $50,000 to Fosi Chung and got nothing but lies and lies! IL Possibly NJ And Florida, Florida, New Jersey

Big time scammer!!! I was contacted by a man who claims to be Fosi Chung. He contacted me via AlliBabba.com when I was looking for Plasma TVs and Lap Tops. He sent me information and negotiated a deal. He then had me to wire $50,000 in November of 07 to the company HKW SMART NY Distributors. His invoices show he is located at 210 E. Ontario in Chicago.

I was then faxed an invoice from a trucking company named Global Frieght Systems in San Diego CA. The truck was supposed to arrive in 7 days. It is now January of 08 and I have recieved NOTHING but a bunch of BS!"TVs are in route, TVs are in Arkansa, TVs are located in South Dakota, etc etc". Cell phone is still on as of 1-8-08, but it is now turned off more than its on.

I called the bank in Illinois that the money was wired too. They told me that his account is located in New Jersey and they were not sure why the money was wired into Chicago. I was directed over to his bank in NJ and I got the info that he was known as SMART BUYS (Z?) down in Florida. That was about all I could get.

As to date, I have NO IDEA if Fosi Chung is a real person, if HKW Smart is even a real company. I can verify nothing on background checks on either entity. The trucking company does not exist. He gave me a number to a guy whos voice mail is full and phone does not ring.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I am out of pocket $50,000 and cannot get a straight answer...
