No customer support. Service has many issues but you cannot get through customer support. No one responds via phone, email response is after 48 hours and that too insufficient

Vonics is a VOIP service, the package they offer sounded good so i opted for that service.

First complain they promise my service would be running within 7 days and that i will get equipment within 7 days. I didnt get my VOIP equipment until 3 weeks after i signed up. I called and called, send numerous emails, but no response

Second complain, since last 3 days i have no dial tone on my phone, again i send numerous emails, tried calling but all the time it goes to their voicemail and nobody calls or sends you email back.

The email that you get immediately only tells you that you have been assigned a ticket id and they will contact you shortly. It has been 3 days & more and still i have no technical support which basically means i cant receive or dial any calls.

All services have issues but to provide no customer support is just plain ridiculous in this day and age. I am frustrated by their lack of respect for their customers.

When you visit their website it looks like they have so many ways to get contacted but when you actually try to contact them none of them works. They claim their support is 24/7 but that doesnt work.
I would not recommend their service to anyone.
