Adding charges

I placed an order for the Sony A100 DSLR camera which included several added items from a package deal. The website displayed "Free Ground Shipping". My credit card was charged an extra $69.00 for shipping, handling and supposed insurance. This charge was not authorized or agreed upon when the order was placed. They are taking packages from SONY, opening them up removing items and placing what they describe as "upgraded items".

The web site states "Everything we sell is 100% brand new and includes a full USA warranty!". As far as I am concerned as soon as a box is opened and unsealed from the manufacturer therre is no way to determine if the product was previously used.

Their sales staff is rather rude on the phone when questioned as to extra charges. I have no intention of ever using this company again.
