Took money - didn't send merchandise - won't refund money - in other words, robbery

I purchased a phono cartridge through their Yahoo store and paid with PayPal, so they got my money right away ($35.88). The rest of the story matches the other reports in this site on them...

They contacted me saying the item was no longer available. I didn't want an alternative product, so I asked for a refund. They stated they no longer had a PayPal account, because of problems, so the refund would have to be by check.

I emailed and phoned numerous times. On the phone they sounded pleasant, gave a response that the check would be put in the mail the next day... It never was. Their phone directory indicates there is an accounting department, but if you select it, no one answers and you're told the message box is full.
