Sprint overcharges for text messages claims you text more than you actually do

Every time I get my phone bill from sprint it is always way higher than it should be. I notice it says that I make ridiculous amounts of text messages that I know for a fact I do not. So I started writing down all my textes and the most I ever make in a month is 20. Sprint claims I make anwhere from 200 to 500 per month. I barely ever text. The phone is for business and hardly ever gets used. I understand that you get charged both ways for texting, but still they over charge. When I called and tried to speak to a rep about it. They were not helpful. I told them I wanted outlined days, times, and numbers of these so called hundreds of text messaes. They said they do not keep track of them, and there is no way to show me on my bill the dates, times, and numbers. So basically, they just make up a number and charge you whatever they want for texting, because it does not show up on your bill. I am purposely not texting at all this whole month, and i guarantee they will still say i did hundreds. I know most people have plans where texting is included. I chose not to get that feature because i barely ever text. Sprint is such a ripoff. And good luck actually getting a customer service rep that speaks english, and doesn't put you on hold for an hour.
