07/30-Agreement was made to purchase (10) 4GB Apple Iphones from TCS Inc. 08/01/07-Wire Transfer of $2735.00 from my Bank of America account was sent to TCS Inc. Beneficiary account #367964673 Commerce Bank, Melville NY. 08/04/07- I was told that the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) was 25 units instead of 10 units as originally agreed upon. 08/05/07-I demanded a refund to which I was told the refund process would take 30 days. 08/13/07-Was contacted and agreed upon to try and work out a scenario where I would pay for 10 more units and he would pay for the other 5 so as to bring the MOQ to 25 units. 08/16/07-Second Wire Transfer of $2735.00 was sent to previously stated account. 08/19/07- I was told that my order was shipped and I would get the tracking numbers the following Monday morning (08/20). 08/22/07-Gave him a deadline of the end of the business day to inform me of situation. Did not hear anything from him at all until 08/24/07 when he told me that I am not an authorized dealer of Iphones, therefore, he could not sell them to me. 08/26/07-I received a threatening letter stating that I must wait the 30 days for my refund or he would cancel the refund if I attempt to take legal action.
