Took my money for a camera, and never shipped it to me. Numerous calls and no answers just rudeness and hang ups

I recieved a mailing from this company"DMI", It was a mailing stating that I'd won this 35mm Quickshot camera in a drawing, complete with tripod, carrying case, 100 rolls of 35mm kodak film, as well as a free flash, only if I returned the mailing within a certain amount of days from reciept, as well as to add a shipping fee of $21.67, which included the processing and shipping. I mailed off a money order for this amount on August 01.

Well weeks have gone by and I still haven't recieved my pacakage that I faithfully paid for, so I decided to give the company a call to verify reciept and shipping information.

I was greeted by a represenative by the name of "GLORIA", this person refused to give me any information regarding my purchase, not only did she refuse to respond to any of my questions, she even went as far as to ignore me, over talk me, and to hang up the phone in my face. I called back and she answered the line again, I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by her I could not speak to anyone, I would have to leave my name and phone number, I did so, however I called again, and was rudely greeted by her again.

At this point she continued to hang up the phone in my face, after several calls to this company on a daily basis and continuous, rudeness, I decided to investigate further and this is when I found this website to report the abuse I am sustaining from this company.

I am willing to take this and any action forward to report this company. I am also reporting this company to the better bussiness bureau. Not sure what steps to take to get my refund, but this company has caused me mental anguish as well as other things.
