Failed to honor their extended warranty

Electronics and household app.

After 4 years and at least 7 attempts to repair my washer and dryer each, they continue to refuse to replace it as their warranty states. At times we have gone without being able to use this equipment. Their extended warranty states after 3 tries they will replace with equal value. So far all we get is the run around. Do not believe anything the sales people tell you about their extended warranties. They do not honor them!
