Fradulent & Shady business Practices! Ripoff

I visited 2B Wireless in Glendale, AZ on 8/10/07 to purchase a replacement phone for my wife. The total for all of my merchandise was 318.88. A check was handed over to the store clerk Ramiro A. Of whom was nice and courteous during my entire visit.

On 8/14/07 the check for 318.88 was cleared through my Credit Union... However the exact same check was resubmitted and cleared once again on 8/30/07.

I thought that this must be a small error on the Credit Unions behalf and a phone call would clear up the matter. OH HOW I WAS WRONG! I have been on the telephone with several different individuals from 2B Wireless (Ramiro, Lynn, Reggie, Fidel Aedra/aka controller & Pat) in the past 2 days and nothing has been resolved as of yet! I was told once that the money would be put back into my account the next business day. I have been told that a check would be mailed to me in several business days after their Corporate Manager in California recieved the check from them and signed it. Since this has happened I have also had a returned check fee along with a check not being cleared because of their error and they have clearly told me that they would not take care of any overdraft fees or returned check fees due to their mishap! Fidel Aedra... Aka... The Controller hung the phone up on me after I asked him to speak three way with my Credit Union Rep. I have been PISSED off the past few days from this treatment and still nothing has been resolved!!!
